Meet Michael Liu, the heart and soul of Liu Hospitality Group. Before becoming a hospitality leader, Michael Liu was a dedicated engineer for 11 years. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence, both honed during his engineering career, now shape our restaurant group's philosophy.
Driven by a passion for food, culture, and community, Michael transitioned from engineering to the restaurant industry. He always believed dining is more than just a meal—it's about love, art, and creating connections. This belief became the foundation for the Liu Hospitality Group.
